We have a warranty on all of our products (replacement bulbs excluded). If you purchased your product within thirty (30) days, most stores will allow you to exchange it directly from them (with receipt). Click here to see our Warranty Policy
In the event that you are outside of the store's exchange policy, Kindly follow the steps below:
1. We require a copy of your purchase receipt: By providing us with a copy of your sales receipt we may ensure that your replacement falls within our one (1) two (2) or three (3) year warranty period. Please send us a copy of your receipt along with your returned product (see #2 below).
2. Please send the product you purchased to the address listed below. Postal mail with a delivery confirmation is preferable.

3. Please include a note with your return stating your full name, mailing address, phone number, and a statement describing why you are requesting an exchange. Upon receiving your entire package, we will process your request. If the return is covered by our warranty a replacement will be sent. If the return is NOT covered under warranty a representative will contact you and inform you of their findings

Q1: What does your warranty say?
Every product has a warranty policy written on the product package. Please check your package for the policy covering your product. Our warranty policies are also listed on our website. For online purchases, this warranty is only valid if the products are sold by an authorized reseller listed on www.lightsofamerica.com.
Q2: I do not have my receipt. How do I get a replacement under warranty?
A receipt is required for all warranty replacements. We do not honor the warranty without a copy of your dated receipt, which must fall within the warranty period (commencing at the date of purchase).
Q3. How can I get a copy of my receipt?
Some stores are able to reprint a duplicate such as, Costco, Home Depot & Sam’s Club. If you are unable to find a duplicate receipt, please contact the store you purchased from and ask about their return policy.
